Congrats to a few lab superstars!

A hearty congratulations to undergraduates Megan Torgrimson and Ivette Perez for their recent awards! Megan was awarded a highly competitive UCSC Undergraduate Research Award, providing her funds for research and travel to the upcoming 2019 UCSD Center for Circadian Biology Symposium. Right on, Megan! Ivette received a competitive Dean's Award for her undergraduate thesis entitled, "The regulatory roles of alternate splicing and intrinsically disordered regions of proteins in circadian rhythms". Ivette will be headed off to graduate school at Vanderbilt University in the fall -- we'll miss you, Ivette!
