Hearty congratulations go out to Daniel Wruck for winning a Koret Scholarship and an Undergraduate Research in Science & Technology grant to fund his search for ligands regulating nuclear hormone receptors in C. elegans developmental timing in collaboration with Jordan Ward in the Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology Department. URST grants are funded by donors and alumni to support excellence in undergraduate research at UCSC. Way to go, Daniel!
